Go Big or go home!  We take a USDA Choice Ribeye Rack and cut 7 massive steaks and french the bones. 

There is a larger end and a smaller end to a ribeye, and these 7 steaks range from 3 lbs to 4.5 lbs*, and 18-24" long.  The average weight is 3.5# if it's a little lower or significantly higher we will make an adjustment to your invoice.

Cut fresh to order in an ultra-clean environment exceeding USDA standards.  Individually vacuum packaged for extended shelf life and direct to freezer convenience.  Blast chilled, preserving texture and flavor while locking in freshness and nutrients.
