This super flavorful cut is kitchen ready, peeled, trimmed and triple jaccarded (tenderized).  If your end product is fajitas or any dish where you are cutting up the steak, consider our skirt steak ends and pieces, which are also peeled, trimmed and jaccarded, but at a lower price.  USDA Choice Black Angus.

Options Include:

  • 4ct Steaks, 16oz, 4* lbs total
  • Ends & Pieces - (1-4oz).  2/2.5 lb bags (5* lbs total)
