All orders are shipped frozen via UPS Ground or FedEx ground.

Orders received after 8pm Sunday ship the following Tuesday.

Our Pork is Heritage Duroc from Compart Family Farms.  Our USDA Prime Beef is 100% Black Angus Stock from the Ranches of Greater Omaha.

All of our beef, Pork and Chicken is cut fresh and Flash Frozen to lock in flavor, texture and freshness.  All of our items are individually vacuum packaged for extended shelf life, direct to freezer convenience and direct to cold water thaw-ability.  Packaged for convenience and longevity.  Nothing fancy beyond that.  We are meat guys.  Our focus is on the meat, not the packaging.  No color brochures, no cooking suggestions - the best chefs and recipes are already online.

Our packaging will be 100% recyclable by spring.
