Wet-Aged.  USDA Choice & Prime.  Fully trimmed, oven ready.  This cut of Sirloin is also called California Steak.  Black Angus.  Midwest Raised.  Feeds 3-4.  Average weight 2.25 - 2.5 lbs*.  Will issue refund/additional charge if significantly different.

  • 1ct Boneless Steak, app 2.25-2.5 lbs* total.  USDA Prime.

      Individually vacuum packaged for extended shelf life and direct to freezer convenience.
