Our pork butts are locally sourced and farm fresh, but may be frozen. The whole piece is called the shoulder, the upper is the Butt, the lower part is the picnic ham. A "long shoulder" contains both

Received weekly in an ultra-clean environment exceeding USDA standards. Individually Vacuum Packaged to minimize handling, while providing a longer shelf life and is the preferred packaging for freezing.
