PORK BELLY

Orders received by 8pm will be available for pick-up after 3pm T/Th/F.  Home delivery is available within the Western Suburbs T/Th.

Our pork also comes from ONLY one source - Compart Family Farms.  This Heritage Breed Duroc Pork has a deeper color and more marbling, and hence more flavor than typical pork.  So much so, it is known as "The Black Angus of Pork".

Options include:

• 1 pc, skinless, square cut, app 10*lbs.  Individually Vacuum Packaged.  May be frozen.

Received fresh, packaged and stored fresh or frozen in an ultra-clean environment exceeding USDA standards.  Individually Vacuum Packaged to minimize handling, while providing a longer shelf life and is the preferred packaging for freezing.
