Cut fresh to order from Chuck Shoulder, one of the most tender roasts available.  Also called Mock Ribeye and Poor Man's Brisket.  Averages 5.5* lbs.

If actual weight is significantly different a refund/invoice will be issued.

Individually vacuum packaged for extended shelf life and direct to freezer convenience.
